    Article presse du 28.08.2024 sur La Libre Eco En l'absence de cadre juridique clair en Wallonie, l'Office des Propriétaires (OP) craint que les utilisateurs de voitures électriques se lancent dans des travaux non conformes et potentiellement dangereux en vue d'installer leur borne de recharge. Installer des bornes de recharge de véhicules électriques au sein d'une copropriété n'est pas chose aisée. L'Office des Propriétaires (OP), qui revendique une place de premier syndic en Wallonie et à Bruxelles, tire d'ailleurs la sonnette d'alarme à ce sujet. Selon Raphael De Plaen, CEO Property and Rental Management chez OP, l'absence de cadre légal en Wallonie freine l'installation de bornes dans les copropriétés. "Actuellement, il existe des recommandations du Fireforum, mais il n'y a pas de cadre légal définissant les règles à suivre pour installer des bornes électriques dans les copropriétés, déclare-t-il. Or, d'un pompier à l'autre ou d'une caserne à l'autre, les exigences ne sont pas les mêmes. Il est donc urgent de mettre en place des règles communes à l'échelle de la Wallonie". Raphael De Plaen donne l'exemple de certains pompiers qui refusent l'installation de bornes dans les bâtiments équipés d'un ascenseur à voitures. Or il affirme que d'autres pompiers acceptent la présence d'un ascenseur à voitures. Reem Kheder, responsable d'OP en Wallonie, ajoute que les règles sont particulièrement strictes à Namur, ce qui fait grimper les coûts. Et bloque aussi les projets...
