With its considerable experience in the management of new and recent joint properties, OP is your partner to help you carry out your project. There are so many questions to be asked, starting from the conception of the building.
How will we manage waste?
Individual bins or collective containers?
How will we organize cleaning?
Water and electricity supply, technical area for keeping supplies?
Green spaces: what kind of access will the gardener have to the shared garden?
How will the gardener dispose of green waste…
Support from the launch of the project From the conception of the entire building, the OP property manager shares its practical experience in the life of a community to ensure your project will meet the wishes of future residents. The joint property bylaws are a founding document for the future life of the community. It is essential for the co-owners’ regulations (distribution of expenses, etc.) and the house rules to be suited to the future reality of the building. Too often, omissions or lack of clarity lead to difficulties or conflicts about the daily functioning of the community. Once the bylaws of the joint property have been drawn up, the OP property manager shares its many years of legal experience to ensure that the bylaws are suited to the joint life of the future residents.
