About our job

What is a property manager?

The property manager represents the co-owners and takes care of the administrative and financial management of the residence. We are also responsible for the maintenance of the building, whatever their use (apartments, offices, shops) and to carry out the decisions taken by the general assembly. We are responsible for the upkeep of the common areas and we see to their smooth functioning. Our OP property manager represents the co-owners’ association towards third parties. It also acts on behalf of the co-ownership in all civil deeds and in judicial acts.

So let's do it?

Changing property managers is an important step in the life of a joint property.

We will guide you through the various steps so that, once we have been appointed, we can take up the active and efficient management of your building

Getting in touch

The point on the agenda

The vote

Step 1

Getting in touch

After having validated their wish to change property managers, the council of co-owners contacts OP via the contact form or by telephone on +32 2 626 08 26

We will arrange a meeting so you can tell us your expectations and we can present our methodology. An offer will then be drawn up.

Step 2

The point on the agenda

It is essential to add the wish to change property managers to the agenda of the next general assembly. It is not possible to submit an unsolicited application during the assembly.

Step 3

The vote

The council of co-owners then selects a property manager to be put to the vote at the general assembly.

At the general assembly, the resolution regarding the appointment of the new property manager is put to the vote and adopted by the requisite majority.
